Service Description
A flexible one-time cleaning service designed for homes that are already in relatively good condition and simply need maintenance, refreshing, and extra care. Ideal for busy households, guest preparation, or occasional upkeep. This service includes general surface cleaning, dusting, bathrooms, kitchen cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping to help keep your home feeling clean, comfortable, and cared for. Please note: this service is not intended for deep cleaning, heavy buildup, or neglected spaces.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To secure your appointment, all bookings must be confirmed in advance. Move-out, deep cleaning, post-construction, and specialty cleaning services may require a deposit before the booking is finalized. Appointment times are scheduled based on estimated service duration and may vary depending on the condition of the space. Please ensure access to the property is available at the scheduled time. Waiting time due to lack of access will be considered billable service time and added to the final invoice. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits for move-out, post-construction, or specialty cleaning services are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with insufficient notice. Honestlyclean reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, staff illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will always be notified as soon as possible.
