A detailed top-to-bottom cleaning service designed for empty homes, apartments, and condos before moving in or after moving out. Perfect for tenants, homeowners, landlords, and property managers who want the space fresh, sanitized, and move-in ready. Our service includes deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, baseboards, floors, window frames, and all high-touch surfaces to help restore the home to a spotless condition. Ideal for: Moving into a new home End of tenancy Preparing a property for sale Getting a home ready for new tenants Please note: junk removal is not included. Interior windows available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To secure your appointment, all bookings must be confirmed in advance. Move-out, deep cleaning, post-construction, and specialty cleaning services may require a deposit before the booking is finalized. Appointment times are scheduled based on estimated service duration and may vary depending on the condition of the space. Please ensure access to the property is available at the scheduled time. Waiting time due to lack of access will be considered billable service time and added to the final invoice. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits for move-out, post-construction, or specialty cleaning services are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with insufficient notice. Honestlyclean reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, staff illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will always be notified as soon as possible.
