Cancellation Policy

At Honestlyclean, we are committed to providing a smooth, respectful, and high-quality experience for every client. The following policies help us maintain consistency, protect our team’s time, and ensure the best results in your home. Scheduling & Minimum Service All services are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A minimum of 4 hours per visit applies to all recurring services. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a fee based on the scheduled service time. If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the full service fee may apply. We understand that unexpected situations can happen. For first-time occurrences, we may offer flexibility; however, repeated last-minute changes may result in fees being applied. Waiting Time If our team arrives and is required to wait to begin the service, waiting time will be counted as part of the scheduled cleaning time and added to your final bill. Access to the Property Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the home at the scheduled time. This may include providing keys, access codes, or being present upon arrival. Supplies & Equipment Our team provides regular cleaning supplies and materials. Move-Out / One-Time Bookings A deposit may be required to secure one-time or move-out cleaning services. This deposit is non-refundable in the case of late cancellations. Payments & Late Fees Invoices are due within 15 days. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your invoice. To avoid any extra charges, we kindly ask that payments be made on time.
