Professional steam cleaning services designed to refresh carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture by removing dirt, dust, odors, and everyday buildup. Our deep cleaning process helps restore the appearance and freshness of your space while extending the life of your carpets and fabrics. Services may include: -Steam carpet cleaning -Spot and stain treatment -High-traffic area cleaning -Odor reduction -Move-out carpet refreshes -Post-renovation carpet cleaning Prices are based on average conditions. Heavy soil, excessive staining, or large carpeted areas may require additional charges. Steam cleaning drying time is approximately 4–8 hours depending on airflow and carpet type.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To secure your appointment, all bookings must be confirmed in advance. Move-out, deep cleaning, post-construction, and specialty cleaning services may require a deposit before the booking is finalized. Appointment times are scheduled based on estimated service duration and may vary depending on the condition of the space. Please ensure access to the property is available at the scheduled time. Waiting time due to lack of access will be considered billable service time and added to the final invoice. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits for move-out, post-construction, or specialty cleaning services are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with insufficient notice. Honestlyclean reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, staff illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will always be notified as soon as possible.
